A multi-functional operations facility with approximately 4000 m² of floor area, combining administrative, workspace, and operational support functions. The project included offices, meeting rooms, multi-purpose spaces, staff amenities, and support areas designed with a focus on efficient planning, coordination, and functional integration.

A vehicle service and storage facility designed using a pre-engineered structural system to support construction efficiency and accelerated project delivery. The facility includes 10 vehicle bays along with a compact administrative support area supporting day-to-day operational functions.
We provide design and permitting support to assist projects through municipal approval processes. The level of involvement varies depending on project scope and client needs, with architectural services and responsibilities clearly defined at the beginning of the project.
